Before a membership option has been purchased we will discuss the best options to suit you along with your availability and requirements for Personal Training. Each session will be booked with your trainer in advance and will be taught over a video call. Please add our email address and arrive on time. Sessions will run for 30 minutes from the allocated time, so don’t be late! Additional sessions can be bought and scheduled into your week, please contact a member of our team for more information.
A wide variety of workout classes will be provided for you to follow and will be incorporated into your training plan to excel you forward. These videos will be accessed through the Member’s Area on our website. You can log in with the email address and password you chose during sign up. All workout classes are taught by highly skilled and qualified coaches in their specific fields and will be recorded professionally for the best possible viewing experience.
We have classes for everyone from beginner to advanced, so whether you’re interested in strength training, mobility, yoga, cardio fitness, or even boxing, there’s a class for you. It’s recommended that you incorporate as many of these workout classes into your training routine as possible in order to burn extra calories. Try a class that you haven’t done before, all of our classes are designed to improve your fitness in different areas from physical to mental so mixing it up will yield the best results and create optimal performance.
All sessions and plans will be tailored to the equipment and space available to you. However, we recommend if possible that you invest in some workout equipment including, but not limited to, a fitness mat, weights, resistance bands, kettlebells and a bench. These are not requirements and sessions and classes will be taught for bodyweight only workouts and sessions if equipment isn’t available.
Yes! All our memberships can be used alongside your current fitness commitments. If you’re training at the gym we can tailor training plans and personal training sessions to suit your needs.
Of course! nutrition is extremely important when it comes to health and fitness and it’s something that we are very passionate about. Our approach to nutrition involves flexible dieting and making smart food choices each day. Don’t panic we’re not going to completely cut out your favourite meals and feed you endless salads each day! We want you to enjoy your nutrition just as much as your training that’s why we’re going to educate you so you understand exactly how nutrition works in accordance with your goals.
Nutrition is covered in our Online Coaching and the Online Coaching and Personal Training packages. We will talk you through different nutrition and training options that we think will work best according to your lifestyle and goals. We really want you to enjoy your training and this entire journey, so it’s really important for us to get to know you and what you love. We will tailor make a training plan for you that will be updated regularly, that we expect you to follow each week. This will complement the training that you’re doing and the goals you want to achieve.
Yes! My Online Fitness is run completely online so you can train anytime, anywhere, any place!

Our live online personal training sessions are taught via Zoom. If you plan to use a mobile device please download the Zoom app before your session.

The Member’s Area contains all of our On Demand Workout Classes and a Video Exercise Library providing expert demonstrations and how-to instructions so you can be confident with technique.
